With the stratospheric hype on the use of mobile phones, the people have begun to be aware of it misuse. This has given rise to the thought of cutting the cost on phone bills. When it comes to having a check on the phone bills, PAYG mobile phones serve the purpose to a greater extent.
The revolution which the communication real has witnessed in this present decade has an immense effect on the mindsets the common folk. This has leaded to the over dependence on the mobile phones, as the result the usage has become quite compulsive. Consequently, it has brought a genuine imbalance in the household budgets. To cope with this prevailing situation, the people have started taking note of their phone bills to minimize the expenses made in this regard. The PAYG Mobile Phones are the best options which can mend these imbalances and can help in avoiding the misuse.
The PAYG mobile phones need the users to pay in advance. It means that unlike contracts phones, the users pay for the calls which will be made in future. It happens so that one who uses a PAYG phone gets the phone account recharged with the desired amount to get the desired number of calls and texts. When a call is made or the recharged amount is used any other way like by sending texts or using Internet, the balance gets deducted with that value. The users can use the phones’ services until there is a balance in the account. The phones can be recharged as many times as required. Hence quite obviously, it is the best way to have a control on the usage.
The PAYG mobile phones come with a number other benefits like reduced call rates and roaming at discounted rates. There are loads of websites which are devoted to the supply of information regarding the best available deals in the market. These websites provide the visitors with the comparison facilities and other useful options, whereby one can easily opt out the suitable deal. Almost all the mobile manufacturers like Nokia, Samsung, LG, Motorola, Sony Ericsson and others are into the arena of PAYG mobile phones, they have the tie ups with the various network operators to make the deals even more affordable so that the reach these phones go wider.
The users of PAYG have the freedom to switch to the other operators if and when required. However at the rare instances, some phones are SIM locked for a pre-specified span of time, say 6 months or 1 year so once this stipulated period ends the users are free to move to the other service provider.
Now it becomes obvious that the PAYG mobile phones are best ways to have a check on the mounting phone expenses. Perhaps, that’s why a greater number of the phone users are already going for these phones.

There's no price or release details as of yet – it looks as if the phone's deets have been dropped by Orange accidentally on to its help pages, but we'd expect a price tag of no more than £150 on PAYG. The original sells for a penny shy of £100. …
PAYG question by bitman186: If I buy an ‘unlocked’ payg blackberry will I be able to put a contract sim card of a different network in?
I was considering buying the blackberry curve 8520 from this page

I have an orange sim but the blackberry costs slightly more on orange and i don’t want the stupid orange logo at the bottom. It says the phone is unlocked so will it work on an orange sim or not?
